Precision Carding & Combing
Cotton fibers are opened, cleaned, and carded into a soft web, then combed using state-of-the-art machinery to eliminate short strands for maximum strength.
Refining & Drawing
Slivers are drawn out and merged to achieve exceptional weight uniformity. Roving frames then apply a light twist, preparing the sliver for spinning.

Compact Spinning & Winding
Automated compact spinning frames spin the roving into premium Combed and Carded Compact yarns (counts Ne 16 to 40) before winding them onto spools.
