State-of-the-Art Production Facility
Texwin Spinning operates an advanced, fully automated spinning facility in Rajkot, Gujarat, equipped with latest-generation machinery from global leaders. Our layout is designed for maximum efficiency, covering over 15,000 square feet of production space with a total capacity of 10,800 metric tons per annum.
Blow Room
The blow room opens, cleans, and blends compressed raw cotton bales using controlled air flow systems. It processes raw cotton fibers into a uniform, miniature material lap ready for carding, removing dust and foreign matter.
Carding
Known as the heart of spinning, carding opens fibers individually, separates short fibers, and aligns them into a parallel sliver. This process eliminates remaining impurities on the fiber surface to establish yarn uniformity and strength.
Draw Frame
A critical stage influencing yarn evenness and quality. The draw frame drafts and blends multiple slivers together to improve weight consistency, parallel orientation, and sliver uniformity, preventing drop-offs in final yarn strength.
Comber
The combing process removes short fibers below a pre-selected length. This step refines the parallel alignment of remaining fibers, enabling the manufacture of premium, high-strength combed yarns.
Speed Frame
The speed frame drafts the drawn sliver and inserts a protective twist to produce roving yarn. This roving is wound onto bobbins and serves as the primary input for the final ring spinning stage.
Ring Frame
The final spinning process where roving is drafted to its final count and twisted to provide high strength and durability. The resulting finished yarn is wound onto bobbins for subsequent winding and packaging.
Winder
Winding is the final stage of our spinning process, where yarn is precision-wound from ring bobbins into uniform cone packages. It removes remaining imperfections and ensures smooth, flawless unwinding—delivering the premium Texwin quality every time.
